All of my examples in this thread were from gedmatch.
Gematch paints the matching segments on one line so when you compare two sisters they are sharing mother and father contributed X chromosome DNA combined.
Thanks Matt! When I look at "daughter 1 to daughter 2" there's just one chromosome shown. The two X chromosomes they inherited aren't shown separately? I guess that's what you meant!

Well, I guess it doesn't matter at this point, because it appears the the X file I uploaded to GedMatch this morning is still broken. The other two siblings X files are showing up on GedMatch and one of them was just uploaded this morning also
