  • FTDNA homepage messages to kit holder

    Does anyone know where to view messages to kit holder on the New Beta homepage once you log in?

    I can only access these messages if I revert homepage back to the old version.

    I am referring to messages to kit holder not the generic messages about updates.

    Which messages? The only messages I can think of that would be posted in myFTDNA are the Known Relationship requests for Family Finder. Those are probably in the Messages section at the bottom left of the new dashboard layout?

    Any other messages between customers/matches are sent by regular email.

      Update to previous response:

      It appears that the Known Relationships messages are not displaying on the new dashboard. I've reported the issue to IT, and have also suggested that they be turned into a "quick link" (one of the 3 boxes at the top of the dashboard) since they're messages that require action by the customer.

        Yes, it is the message section that also reports known relationship requests.

        I sent a question to FTDNA regarding a kits FMS results wondering if results where actually complete as page says because there are no HVR1 or 2 results while kits siblings HVR 1 and 2 does.
        The automated response was sent there.
        Not sure if answer to my inquiry will be sent there or my email and just wondering if this section was omitted from new homepage version.
