I ordered a kit (FF) for an elderly cousin-his name is given as the donor-to-be. Now it seems that the kit may have to be used on his brother instead. How do I change the name of the donor on the kit before I return it to FTDNA?
I recently did this. You can do it from your account panel for the kit. Also, you can call customer service and they will do it for you. I also had to do this when I could not change it in the account panel.
