  • Haplogroup T3

I am very new and uninformed to the fascinating subject of genetics.
Could someone please explain to me as much as possible what my results below mean (Mtdna) ? My ancestry on both sides of my family is Maltese (from the mediterranean island of Malta)...the Genographic results page tells me that the majority of people today with the Haplogroup T are living in the Ural mountains and western baltics - Malta is a long way away from there.....!

Also if someone could explain the HRV1 stuff I would really appreciate it...i.e. what does it mean if you have "differences from CRS".

Also - I have absolutely NO matches - what does that mean......

    HVR1 Haplogroup
    T3

    HVR1 differences from CRS
