  • Native American admixture

According to Dodecad World9 admixture I have no Native American but when I do the World9 by chromosome painting there's bits of Native all through my dna.
Are there any tests to determine which areas of North America this comes from?

There are no DNA tests that can prove tribe. You need paper trial to prove tribe

Native Americans do not test much and their leaders discourage it. I think national geographic is trying to build one but not really sure how successful they have been yet. I would avoid any web site that claims they can test NA . There are a few sites that will look for autosomal indicators , I think 23andme has a utility. So to answer your question no, not enough in the database.

If you have reason to believe the NA readings are real and not noise, and you can get segment information from the chromosome painting, you can inquire of those with whom you match on those segments if they have any tradition of Native ancestry.

Small ancestry-specific segments distributed across the genome are indicative of old admixture. In most matching algorithms segments have to be a minimum length in order for a match to be called, but one can also credit segment number and segment distribution when dealing with small segments.
