R1b and DYS19 (13) Smith Surname

Is 13 for DYS19 in Haplotype R1b unusual as I seem to be the only Smith listed with that combination?

Yes it is unusual for R1b, much more common for E3B to have a 13, however the combination of all your markers is more relevant.
