I have a friend who lives with his wife, his son and his sister in the same home. A few days ago I had a discussion with his sister. She told me that she doubts her brother is indeed the father of his child but that her brother refuses to do a paternity test, calling him naive.
Knowing that I ordered a test kit for myself she asked me to order another one for her. I asked her why and she said, she would like to use the swab on her baby nephew because she so badly wants to know if she is really his aunt.
I like the sister of my friend very much but now I am in a loyality conflict.
Can I tell her that what she wants is against the law? My feeling says yes, it is not okay what she wants to do.
And by the way, would FTDNA also get in trouble when performing an anonymous test?
