Comparing my kit and F999937 (NE1, Hungary, 7.2ky)
Minimum threshold size to be included in total = 150 SNPs
Mismatch-bunching Limit = 75 SNPs
Minimum segment cM to be included in total = 1.5 cM
Largest segment = 5.4 cM
Total of segments > 1.5 cM = 517.2 cM
Comparing my kit and my Wife's.

Using those criteria and my kit FN49571

If you use the 1.5 cMs and 150 thresholds then you will find matching segments to a lot of people. Gedmatch stops at 1,500.
Also,I think that K15 is okay but I don't know why there is no French or Spanish showing in my results. I mention this because of the 30% Atlantic in my result.

I belong to haplogroup E-L17 which is a subclade of E-V13. In that British isles is the major part of my My origins I am satisfied as this ties in with my known paper trail. Not so sure about the 30% Scandinavian(though I think those from the British isles can score highly for this) and especially the 1% North Africa.
Gedmatch shows Eastern/Southern European and Mediterranean above 5% which isn't picked up in My origins.
I am thinking it might be quite a blunt tool. I wonder if results will be adjusted over time or stay static as with the previous population finder.

I think that the Eurogenes K15 is the best calculator for Europeans.
