  • Really poor service

    Ever since the new system was introduced I have experienced problems with FTDNA. I cannot look at the trees of matches . I cannot update the Chromosome browser by adding new matches for comparision and I cannot differentiate between the 2 shades of blue on the browser. Add to that the fact that I live in Ireland and cannot access the site apart from very late at night because, presumably,lots of people from America, Canada and Australia are using it. I keep getting a pop up which tells me I can wait or log out. I regret paying for three family finder tests, two upgrades of YDNA and one MTDNA and feel really disappointed. I wrote about two months ago and was assured the matter was receiving attention. It really is not acceptable. Frances J McBride
