FTDNA is a joke. It's 2020 and you can't get a website to work. You can't upload gedcom, read family trees or search for matches. Children of today could do this much better.
This is fraud.

There is no fraud here. It is simply gross incompetence and rampant mismanagement.

In the 3 years since I DNA tested at FTDNA I have often wondered if the management of FTNDA ever uses the FTDNA DNA test results website. Sure doesn't look like they do.

Hey FTDNA management, wake up and get to work to make your website work properly.
