Obtained my original results 3-4 years ago, and until about 3-4 months ago, no notifications.. just crickets... about 3-4 months just about every day I get a
    New Relative Found! via email.
Ok so I go to View my matches.. and it hasn't changed..Same 4 names of genetic distance of 4. Where do I find these new matches?? Like I said its probably a Noob quiestion. thanks..

The new matches come as more people who descend from various parts of your lineage test and have their results entered in the database.

        Which tests have you done?
Which test are they saying you got a new match to - and at what level?
For example, if you took the full MtDNA and they said you got a new match at HVR1 -- if you log in, look at matches - it will show you the matches for the top, full coding level - and to see the matches at the bottom, HVR1 level, you have to choose that.

Similarly, if you have tested to Y-DNA67 and have 4 matches there, and they are reporting new matches at the Y-DNA37 level - they won't show in the pull up of Y-DNA67 matches which they show first, but only if you choose to look at the Y-DNA37 level of matches.

Does this by any chance address your problem?
