Sample was received by April 4, 2018. Was originally scheduled for some time in May. Just saw that it has been "postponed" and new estimated date for results is about June 15-June 30. Is this just this sample or is the whole batch affected? Frustrating as this is a project member from another country (who does not speak English) for a new project we are trying to get off the ground and convince others to test. It's sort of hard to defend and all I can do is apologize and say this "usually" does not happen. (it was for a Y 25 test. i Know those are not so popular now- did that have something to do with it?)
