    Just wondering if anyone else has been billed for 2 test kits when only one was ordered. Only received confirmation for one kit. I Don’t need 2 Y-111 for the same person.

    What is FT DNA’s return policy? When it is their error?

    Don't return a kit until you have contacted FTDNA by phone and have the problem resolved.

    You must call Monday - Thursday 9 - 4 Houston time.
    Friday 9 - Noon
    (713) 868-1438

    The hours may be a bit longer than this, but not much.
