Service is very much on the decline. It's time to pull you thumb out. Kit# 362359 is one of 12. To date there have been issues with TWO kits. One of which the company "claimed" lost/will replace and magically found within minutes of a public post on Social media.
Instead, just do what the client pays for...a new login page isn't assisting in easily navigable results.
