24Hrs my ... - Gonna complain every day now

So still waiting - still getting the 'Come back in 24 hours'

SINCE 1st MAY - Now 25th May
Take my money and give me nothing!

...to make things worse, their support contact us channel doesn't even have an active button to Submit!

Submit button

I just opened the Support window. I see the Submit button right below the Details box.

I have encountered that lack of a window on some sites. I changed to a different browser and the window appeared.
In my case it was a Captcha window.
