    Hello,
    Your sale was announced after I had ordered a FF test for my brother.

    I wanted to upgrade his test to include a Y- 67 marker,, so sent an email through the 'change order/billing' .

    Will confirmation and BILLING from ftdna arrive soon?
    Does my brother have to include his permission with his kit when sending it back.
    I am waiting to hear what the next step is, so he can post his kit to the lab. Please, any help?

    If you still haven't heard anything, strongly recommend CALL their customer support number either sometime today, or as soon as they open tomorrow.
    (Have Kit Number, password, details all at hand when call)

      If you entered your own email address as the owner of the kit, you can get the password via the "Forgot Password" option. With the kit number and the password, you can log into the kit's account and order the additional test.
