Response from FTDNA
My support request was answered today.
Reported that N. Houston USPS facility is very understaffed.
Replacement kits are being sent and this time I will ship (at my expense, my choice) back via United Parcel service.
Also, I filed a tracking investigation with the USPS in regards to my original shipment to FTDNA.
The saga continues.
