Turns out the results were in, but they had failed to load. It took two attempts to force the data to load. At least we finally have the results.

Why would a kit with results still pending, quit showing an expected date and show complete for a few days, but now show nothing other than pending? Batch 1267 expected date was April 6th but about a week before that, the date disappeared.
