People in the forums do not work for FTDNA, and can only share their experiences. I think you should wait the full four weeks that it may take for your Family Finder results to arrive, before you worry about it. If you have a Big Y test in process, the current processing time is 10 to 12 weeks. You will have to wait to see if you get results in that amount of time. Patience is needed with these DNA tests.

The results are not late yet, so do not worry. You will be fortunate if your Family Finder results come in within 4 weeks, or the Big Y comes in under 12 weeks. Look at it that way.

Usually orders are opened and closed on Wednesday, so i recommend you to pay attention on Wednesday-Thursday each week.

Thank you, I've looked at my Y111 orders, here are expectation periods (from batched dna sample straight to Y111): 14 days; 18 days; 22 days;
As you see, periods of time are different and may not be considered as "standart".
