I'm more concerned about a mtDNA test in batch 745. Two others from that batch came through 10 days and two weeks ago. So I suppose something went wrong and they had to try a repeat.

How do you know an expected date?? I am waiting on two snp packs batched 4/24, batch 743, and there has never been an expected date posted. It just says pending. Does yours actually give an expected date on your "Dashboard"?

When I called the customer service rep was very rude and wouldn't answer my questions. He just read from a script and was very unhelpful.

On my account using the chrome browser it is
on mydashboard under the column "Your Account" (on the left hand side), I clicked on "complete order history". Then near the top right under Order History I clicked "check the status of pending tests" and there it was.

I guess I was 2 days late to benefit from the ridiculously early batch of Big Y batched 4/24. I've got one batched 4/26, #744, expected 6/21-7/5 (I think this might have slipped? if so, not by too much).

Still pending.
