Batch 841 Update

Ok, got the email that the Y-DNA37 has completed processing! However, the results are still under review since I have no matches & no haplogroup. I believe in a day or so the results will be updated. This is a few days ahead of the 5-7-18 to 5-21-18 expected time window.

No, still have no haplogroup not SNPs. The page still says it is “under review”. I also read near the top of the page that it can take a few weeks to get results.

Batch 841 was batched on 3-12-18, and completed on 5-3-18. I ordered the Y37 test. As of today, the haplogroup/SNPs are still under review, and it can take a few weeks to see results.

No email to explain the delays...

Date bumps repeatedly. I was told by support a couple of months back that this is automated - if it gets to the expected date, it just updates with a new date range automatically.

FTDNA - you can do better - at least come clean and tell us what's wrong and what you're going to do to address the issue. Give us status updates. It almost feels like you deposited my money and are sitting on the beach in Tahiti laughing at all us suckers waiting for results that will never arrive.

Absolutely! It's getting ridiculous. If it's going to be months down the road, just tell us! Don't keep bumping automatically and expect us to be content. Give a real explanation and a reasonable expectation of time...

Today was the first possible day predicted for my Y-DNA results and they just pushed the date back two weeks. The original estimate was 5/14-5/28.
