Ordered 5 Jan, batched February, Family Finder completed end of March, Ydna-12 from the same sample still waiting with alleged quality control failure and constant delayed messages. Never ending

                          • My Y-12 was in Batch 847 and completed on 27th April. My Y-111 upgrade, which I ordered in the sale, is in Batch 853. Oddly enough, that too is listed as completed on the order history (but not in the pending tests page), and from several groups I'm in, I can see that all of the Y111 STRs have been tested with the except of just two! (DYS437 and DYS438). Anyone know how much longer its likely to take? On the one hand, I'm very grateful it's been done this fast. On the other, it's frustrating that I'm waiting on just two STRs before I'm allowed access to matching above the Y-12 level.

                            • Batch 841

I can access my STR results for Batch 841, but everything else is still pending with a completion range of 5-7-18 to 5-21-18. I ordered the Y37 tests.

My DNA samples were in batch 847 and the Y components are scheduled to be completed 05/14/2018 - 05/28/2018. I think this demonstrates that "batches" are accounting constructs, rather than physical assemblages.
