  • MyOrigins Not Working

    Have paid thousands to FTDNA. Very few problems but when there are they seem to have very poor concern for their customers. I have a 111 marker test result plus FamilyFinder on my Surname. For several weeks I have been trying to get MyOrigins to load properly. I see the major mappings by color, but in the top of the screen I get a message under "Pending Results" telling me to "check back in 24 hours"...this has been weeks since I've been getting this message. Also I have no folks loading under the "Shared Origins" heading. I have sent a Problem message to FTDNA about this, but no response. Anyone else having MyOrigins problems or bad customer support??
