Disappointed. I have a kit in batch 884 which was batched on August 6th. Just updated and not expected until Sept 17 until Oct 3. So disappointed.

No rhyme or reason. I’ve had Famity Finder tests take anywhere from 4 weeks to 13 weeks with no explanation given for the delay in the 13 week kits. I’ve had Y kits results taken anywhere from three weeks to 15 weeks with no reason given for the long delay on the 15 week results.

I think that is something FTDNA could really improve on...letting customers know when there is a long delay the reason for the delay.

FamilyFinder (9): 10, 11, 12, 15, 15, 17, 22 and 35 days (and one pending for 17 days)
mtFull Sequence (3): 31, 37 and 48 days
Y-12 (1): 35 days
Y-37 (2): 18 (update from Y-12) and 38 days (and one pending for 17 days)
Y-111 (1): 18 (update from Y-37) days
