            Boy this company sure doesn't make it easy. I ordered a FF update, Dec 20, 2016, batch 708. How can I find out when to expect results?

              Log into your account.

              Down the page on the left of the first page that opens is "Awaiting Results" with "View your Pending results".

              Click on it.

              • Awaiting results?

                I don't see either awaiting results on my page, just the Batch number. . I've asked for help from the 'help desk" but no response yet, it's only been a few days, but still frustrating

                  When you open the "complete order history" page which shows the batch number, under the heading, does it have the words, "You have an open order. The Awaiting Lab Results page allows you to follow the progress of your order. Check the status of pending tests."? (That last line being the link you need.)

                        I am waiting for tests in batch #708 and the expected date for completion is 01/18/2017 for Family Finder. I attached a screenshot of what I see near the top of the page under Order History.

                                Your screenshot image showed a scrollbar at right, indicating there was more above the table. Could you check that, and perhaps post an image of what is above?
