Where are my results? Completed 3/1516

Where are my results? If there is a problem or is there something else I need to do I need to know. I have posted on FB Family Tree and finally someone responded after two requests and said FT will get back to me. When????? Is there a problem?

Which test did you order? SNP results appear only on the Y-DNA Haplotree & SNPs page, at the bottom.

Y-DNA Tests get that comment when the first panel is completed, regardless of which panel it is - but if it is not not Panel 1, then no, you do not see results. Confusing as all get-out. Check Order History to see if everything is completed, or if it still shows parts of it as pending.
