    hi, I paid for my test a year ago. did the swab. never got results.

    my email addy changed and I can't remember my password or name (made a new one to get in here.)

    they want to send my password to my old address, which I can NOT get into.

    forgot password? sure, we'll send that to your email. aggg. what to change your email address? sure - just LOG IN and change it. aggggg.

    anyone have a support PHONE NUMBER?? can not find one!!

    I am about to go to my credit card co and do a chargeback.

    any help. or a phone # ?? thanks

      I saw your other post first and thought you were talking about a transfer instead of a test. Anyways the information on how to contact them is in my reply to that other post.

      So you did get the results, you just never noticed because you lost access to your email account. There they sent you an email after you bought the test. In that email, it had your kit number which is what you need to log on. That kit number was written on the package they sent you and on the vials you sent back. If by chance you still have the package envelope they sent you, you could at least know your kit number.

      Do you remember how you ordered the test? If you ordered it while joining a project (to get a discount sometimes), then the project admin could be of some help.
