DF27 SNP Pack

I ordered this pack on November 23, 2015, at the recommendation of the DF27 administrators. It seemd to be a very comprehensive test that could potentially provide additional information. On December 15, 2015, the test said it was complete. However, there were at least 10 SNPS colored Orange "in progress". These were in progress until early January, where upon they turned blue, indicating that I had to now pay for them.

Has this happened to others that have ordered this particular pack or any other SNP pack? On the DF27 forum these chameleon SNPs are shown to be part of the pack and under DF27.

This has to be a glitch. Surely FTDNA would not make it a practice to list SNPS as part of a pack, then change them to blue status where a customer must pay for them.

Unfortunately I tried to get an answer for this through customer service but have not received a satisfactory answer. Again I ordered this two months ago and do not have the full/complete results. Maybe Darren can help figure this out since IT, DF27 admins, and customer service can not.

Yes. Kit 399633 in my project ordered first the R1b-M343 Backbone SNP Pack, then the R1b-DF27 SNP Pack. Both are listed as complete, with no further tests in progress.

He is classified as R-ZZ12_1. But immediately downstream from ZZ12_1 are these SNPs which were orange (Test In Progress) for a while, but now blue:

Yet FTDNA's official documentation, then and now, lists these SNPs as included in the R1b-DF27 SNP Pack.

I am one of the co-administrators of the DF27+ and Subclades Project. I have not received an e-mail from you about what you mentioned in your post.

No I did not contact any co-administrators. I did post on the DF-27 Forum and contacted the two administrators.

Looks like Daren is on it and can hopefully find an answer.

So are these part of the Pack or not. Now on my results page some of these that are actually listed are no "in progress" gain. Will any of us get results for these and the others that are NOT on the haplotree of available SNPS for testing?
