Had a Family Finder test done which completed on the 17th, last Thurs. Still didn't have any matches yesterday, the 21st, so I called and was told, yes, I see there is a problem. The fellow said he would turn it over to the IT dept though here I sit over 24 hours later and still no matches at all.

I find this totally unacceptable.
