FF matches still missing after months

It's been months and all my old family finder matches are still missing. I'm getting new matches but all my older matches are gone. I have mailed family tree three times they told me weeks that was months ago. It's a great platform such a Shame about this problem.

Can you please send me a private message with your kit number and email address as well as any previous issue ID's (if you have them) and I can try and get this resolved with my manager.

What's up with the recent backlog in Family Finder results does anyone know? Are the delays lab related or because of all the database problems?
