  • Is FTDNA on Autopilot or Life Support?

Has Captain Smith/Greenspan left the bridge for the evening and missed the "Iceberg right ahead!" warning?

Or did he and the executive team and sales director jet off to yet another conference on the intricacies of DNA testing for genealogy, figuring the sales increase from Mothers Day and Fathers Day will keep things afloat til November for the next round of suckers/customers/perpetual delay victims?

Darren gave it a good swing for a while, but even he has pulled way back, because it's just hopeless.

The y-DNA lab at FTDNA has gotta look like the Lucy and Ethel chocolate candy wrapping bit. Without the laugh track.

Might be fun to post Mr. Greenspan's personal(work) email address and see if he gets the message when his inbox shuts down.

Way past tired of the line of crap, FTDNA.

I had never heard of Lucy and Ethel but after watching them on Youtube I dont't know if I shall laugh or cry: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmAwcMNxGqM
I also don't know who is more to pity, the workers (Darren) or the customers?
But one is for sure, the management seems to have no clue of how devastating the effects of delays and extended delivery times are.
They really should stop accepting new orders until the backlog is cleared and normal delivery times are reached again - instead of promoting new sales actions: This is madness, not Sparta.

In all honesty they're probably spending the money they make as soon as they get it. If they stopped taking orders they'd probably find more is going out than coming in.
