15 % Coupon will not work

So I saw that there is a 15% coupon ( JAM15p ). It was advertised for big Y. It was offered on Facebook and posted here on the forum. I have been waiting all year on some sort of sale on the Y-37 kit so last night I decided to see if the coupon would work on it. I added it but never completed the transaction and it was showing it would give me the discount. I also went to my Uncle's kit and entered it to see if it would work on an upgrade. It also showed I would get a 15% discount if I upgraded him from Y37 to Y-67. Now this morning I decided to go ahead and order the kit and it says the coupon has been used. I never completed a transaction so why would it not let me use it?

So the cart shows the upgrade. What is the upgrade cost in the cart? Didn't it keep the cart from yesterday?

Ah!! You were right! I thought it had cleared the cart out but it had not.
