Batch 614 update, it is ready but not READY

I contacted FTDNA and they sent me a message today, it reads:

Dear Roberta,

Thank you for contacting Family Tree DNA. I apologize that your results have not yet been posted.

Your test has been completed. Unfortunately, we encountered an error during the upload process.

We have alerted our IT Department and they are working to get your results upload. We expect resolution within the coming week.

So, there you go. Thank you for the good wishes when I posted that it was first batched on March 18th

I asked them to send me the raw data so I can run PROMETHEASE and upload to Getmatch. Let see.

Maybe they need to verify your results and do some additional quality control calculations and counter-checks, who knows.
Let's hope that the longer it takes the better the results are.
