New matches not showing

I have received two emails saying I have new Y-DNA matches for my brother and when I go to check there is nothing there!!!!! What is going on????

My relative Louis T Guthrie, an FTDNA customer, has informed me that we are Y-DNA 67 matches, but my Kit 137621 "Matches" does not indicate a match with Louis. Why not? RichardGuthrie71
