Batch 614 closed on Wed March 18. The current turn around time for the Family Finder test is five to six weeks. So if everything looks good in all stages of quality control we should be seeing the Family Finder tests from this batch by the end of the month.

The entire batch does NOT return the same day/week. It seems some will come with a previous batch. Some will come in their own batch. And some will come back when the next batch is starting to get results back. I have gotten MOST of my tests in the early results phase, but I have gotten some in between and after others as well. I just got back my 613 kits (2 of them) on Thursday... TWO WEEKS after I got my 612, and at the same time others were starting to get 614.

Today my results were delayed for FF in batch 614 with this "explanation":

05/06/2015 - 05/20/2015 We understand your frustration in not receiving your results as anticipated. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide you with reliable, accurate results. If you have a question about your specific kit, please fill out a contact form and choose the Test Status category for the quickest response.

I will wait until Friday before going to BBB again.
          What else can I do?

This contradicts what this site is telling us: https://www.familytreedna.com/learn/...-results-take/
There it it written that FF takes at most 6 weeks. Nowhere is 7 weeks mentioned for FF.

No Darren, I was told that my kit was batched at March 13 and the time frame given were 6 weeks ending April 22 but this date has passed without results.

              Hello,

The order for the Family Finder was placed on March 13 which was a Friday. It would have then gone to the lab the following Wednesday.

I am also wating for batch 614. That is my first DNA test and I wait for Family Finder.
I know that some in that batch already has got their answer but I havn't. I was really sad when I red that I maybee have to wait for 1 more month.
I have been working very hard with my paper tree since I returned my test kit.
So now I am really sad

                  Still waiting

I am still waiting on the mitochondrial results from this batch. It has been delayed again. The upgraded Y dna test came back over a month ago though. I cannot figure out why this one is delayed. My stepmother (who submitted hers at the same time) got hers back well over six weeks ago.

Mine they said it was complete, but the IT was having problem uploading online. I asked for the raw data so I can use it on gedmatch and the response was that it could not be done.

Apparently it is on the IT's hand...let see, the customer service said it would be in the middle of this week, which I assume it is tomorrow? I do not have my hopes up.
