    If what you are saying is that you tested 5-6 years ago and have not accessed your account in the intervening period I would recommend that you follow IgmaykaĀ“s advice and contact customer service for help.

    Perhaps you changed your password at some point, and forgot? You can use "Forgot password" to reset your password. However, the reset will (if I recall correctly) be sent to the primary email address on the account. If your email address has changed also, you may have to call FTDNA (+1.713.868.1438).

    Been trying for 2 days, just found out the test is 2009 so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but something is out of whack in this mix.
