    • My FF batch 603 results weren't in when I went to bed last night, but they're there now.

        • 604 also

My FF from batch 604 arrived this morning ... They must have been running some 603's and 604's together. The MyOrigins that appeared a few days ago is largely unchanged ... now 47% Central/Western Europe, 33% British Isles, 19% Scandinavian ... so for others who see a MyOrigins before getting FF results, there may be some value in it (unless I happen to be close to the default and this was just coincidence ). I now need to spend some time figuring out what it means ...

            • Need to look for it

loudam, mine didn't appear on the main page. I found it under the mydna dropdown on the upper left. I selected family finder, then myOrigins. I was bored back then and set out to explore the menus another time to help figure out what I'd do once results were in. I was surprised that the myOrigins showed results. I posted under the myOrigins thread below, so that has the date I found it and the original numbers. If you go there and find the same numbers, then either we're cousins or those results were just a default entry. It'll take more people looking to find out ...

                • That's right, however since I hadn't been exploring since the first days, I don't know when it actually appeared ...

                  • My mother and I were in batch 603. She just got her results in today. But her haplogroup isn't listed yet.

And I just checked for my results, nothing as of yet.

                      • I do tend to forget that Texas is 5 hours behind Ireland!!!

So while we're nearing the end of the working day here, its only half way through over there!

often it's the following morning we'll get matches etc anyway!

She won't get any kind of haplogroup designation from Family Finder, which is strictly an autosomal test.

Ok. Thank you. That's what I was suspecting when looking at her profile and results.

What part of Ireland? The most wonderful trip we've ever taken. The Irish people are marvelous.
