How Many People actually get Family Finder Results in the 3-4 week time Frame given..

Been looking at this company's Better Business Bureau listing. They are currently an accredited BBB business with an A+ standing. Reading the consumer complaints, majority of them are relating to the delivery of test results. And they do a fine job of cleaning up their own mess by resolving them. You would think FTDNA would learn their lesson by this and focus on better consumer relations and communication:

If you look a little closer at those complaints, it appears that quite often the customers just give up and stop fighting, and the BBB counts those as successfully resolved cases.

I just checked my dads kit and it's still giving the same dates but I suspect next week it will change to reflect dates further away again and I think my own prediction of around the 5th March is probably most likely now too, unless they have a big push on getting results out..

Yep, I just saw this same exact thing on a test I'm managing for a cousin. Dammit. I think my longest turnaround for previous tests was 3.5 weeks. I know stuff happens but I'm seriously disappointed that it's taking this long because this is a test that's going to verify (or not) an NPE. Sigh.

I received the results for my FF test in about 3.5 weeks (batch 600)

Now if I could just get my Y37 results from Batch 595...

LOL If only I could get my sample to BATCH! Maybe this Wednesday! As for results, still waiting for my sons in batch 604, it has been 7 weeks since I ordered and 4 1/2 weeks since it batched!

We're waiting on the same batch so then! Batch 603's date has been put out a week since last week so I presume batch 604 will be the same this thursday

it used to be that estimates were more often than not updated on Sunday. Is Thursday the new day?

I think we established a few weeks ago that results come out Sunday/Monday depending on where you lived, and Thursday/Friday , then matches showing up a day or so later... On Page 6 of this thread a few of us posted when we got matches and Tuesdays and Fridays were good for new matches

So Thursday it I is! Or not... lol I won't hold my breath, but I will be happy if I get them back by the end of the week! Then Batching seems to happen on Wednesday, so I will tell you Wednesday whether or not Thursday results are likely lol

Results come in on random days. It is just that recently it has been thursdays, but batching does take place Wednesday night Thursday morning.

My father's Batch 603 preliminary(?) My Origins results also just appeared, so hopefully the full Family Finder results/matches will be reported soon. Hope all the other long-waiting 603s have also gotten this good news.
