How Many People actually get Family Finder Results in the 3-4 week time Frame given..
I realize that the business day isn't over yet, but still no results on a batch 603, received in lab on Jan 8.
Today was the final predicted day for results to post, and there has been no update. However, the awaiting results page is now formatted slightly differently, which I suspect will change to include a note saying there's a delay.
Assuming that things don't change in the next hour and in response to the original question that started the thread, I can say that I have never had Family Tree DNA come through in their promised timeframe on any test I've ordered from them - autosomal or Y-DNA.
I just checked my dads again just in case! But nothing... No My Origins..
I've still got another week in the expected time they gave me but I don't hold out much hope...
I know normally around results days which seem to be mondays and thursdays you'd see a general indication that a good few results have come in but it doesn't seem to showing up this week, theres no rush of people reporting long over due results, no real posting of any results really..
Once again, there are a couple of new 5th-Remote cousin matches in my mother's match list. She is obviously the one who shares an ancestor with some US Colonial settlers.
Because of this, I can see there is movement of some sort, but it doesn't look as if a whole batch has been released. Hopefully they are taking the week to bring out the delayed tests and those who fell through the system in various ways.
I'm a bit concerned, though, that the new Family Tree issue might have led them to hold off on batch releases till they sort it out.
I'll be glad to hear that those kits from Batch 602,603 and 604 have come through.
Well, we are now officially past the last estimated date to receive FF Batch 603 results. I guess the "good" news -- if one can call it that -- is that NO results have come out the past couple of days, so those of us in 603 have not been "overlooked" again.
If Darren is still reading this board, I am wondering if he can find out and tell us when the next group of Family Finder results will come out, and if they will include the missing 603 results. It would be greatly appreciated.

I have 3 kits in batch 603. I received FF on one of them early this week. The other two kits still show FF would be processed by yesterday.
(I found this thread while attempting to figure out how to read all of my new info. Then I had to wait to post until I was okay'd to join.)

I also ordered 2 more tests for myself this last weekend. They were both batched a day ago and one test says results will be in 6-10 weeks and the other test says 03/18/2015 - 04/01/2015. Yeah, right.
Realistically, it's a sure bet the results be ready around Summer time. Lol.
I've posted on the ftdna facebook page about their lack of info and an apparent slow down in results, how long do you all think it will be left there!!
I called FTDNA yesterday evening and they told me my results for batch 603 will, yet again, be another 1-2 weeks wait.
Thats crazy, did they give any reason why? My experience so far both times is that there is only a certain percentage gets their FF results in the expected time frame, I would love to know what the actual percentage is for people getting them in the right time frame...
Been looking at this company's Better Business Bureau listing. They are currently an accredited BBB business with an A+ standing. Reading the consumer complaints, majority of them are relating to the delivery of test results. And they do a fine job of cleaning up their own mess by resolving them. You would think FTDNA would learn their lesson by this and focus on better consumer relations and communication:
