Batch 586 not happy with explanation
No doubt you will have seen my previous posts re batch 586.
Okay , so we have been given an explanation that there was a reagent failure regarding Y-DNA 1-12.
I did not order Y-DNA 1-12 as this test was done in April of2014.
I ordered an upgrade of Y-DNA12 through to Y-DNA111.
The results of most of these tests have been through since 31/10/2014. I am still waiting for the results of Y-DNA26-37 and Y-DNA48-60.
What is going on ???? Is anyone else experiencing similar problems. ??????
