Results from the four FF tests family have sent in is varied. The one we thought was the worst sample (maternal grandmother) generated results in 14 days. Two others are still being processed. I'll be happy if I get those within a month of being batched.

Mine has gone off into the ether. It was a simple National Geographic transfer - FTDNA had my sample from 2012 but apparently there was a problem with it. No idea if it is a sample problem (no issue in 2012) or a test failure issue. I have absolutely NO idea when this one will come in and I thought this would be the fastest because no shipping to and from Canada was involved.

I wouldn't day that 14 days is normal. I think you got lucky. I have ordered and administrate 5 FF tests. The quickest took 19 days, the longest took 35. Most of them were in the mid-20s. Ordering during a sale will take longer in general.

I think it's depend on the quality of the samples. I mean they didn't tell us if the test is failed. They just redo the test and we have to wait.

I know it can be frustrating. Personally, I just keep reminding myself that I've gone my whole life thus far without knowing these results, so a few more weeks don't really matter in the long run.

It was typical at the time. There were people waiting much longer than I did.

I'm waiting for Big Y results now. It has said they'd be here in '1-2 weeks' for about 4 weeks now. You'd think I'd learn...
