I can access it from my phone, but not from my desktop using the link that you provided.

And now it works.

I am really at my ending point- but, there might be a bug on your site(or in my cache). Now that I think about it, this evening as I was trying to access the page from my browser history I was getting a security prompt for the sit- which had never happened before.

A friend of mine used to have a similar issue, but quit using history and set ftdna.com as a bookmark and has had no trouble since. No clue what the problem was, though.

All seems good from my home computer. What exactly is happening for you?

When I log in I am brought to the infamous (of two weeks ago) "Gap 2.0" Log In page, which is blank. Then I click onto the FamilyTree logo, it brings me to the main site. Then I press "Myfamilytree" and it brings me back to the Gap 2.0 log in page.
