Results dates not changing quickly

The dates of the most recent results are not changing for me when I get a new hit. For example:

Y-DNA Results Completed: 1/25/2014 Last Matched: 1/26/2014

Yet if I click the matches icon, I get a new hit
Match Date 3/7/2014


Maybe I am just being impatient, but the reason I know I have a new match is because it is my dad and his results just came back in. I was a little surprised he showed a new match and I did not.

I will report back on how long it takes for the new match to show up on the main page of my account automatically, so don't do anything to force a change yet. Just curious right now if there is actually a problem or if I am just impatient.

No need, I just now (literally 11 minutes ago - 10PM Eastern Time) received emails about all the new matches. By "all", I mean one for Family Finder and one for each of the STR tests up through 37.

I was just being impatient. Had it been a few days I would have you put in a ticket (or I would have just done it). But same day notification is good enough.

I have had this same problem with my family finder too, I have not received any notifications at all this year telling me about atDNA matches and the match date has not been changed, but in the matches list it does show that I have had many new matches.

No emails from FTDNA Regarding Matches

Last Close Match: 2/16/2011

I don't know what is considered a close match; however, I've had a 2nd to 3rd cousin recently, as well as other 3rd cousins. I have never received an email from FTDNA regarding matches.

I have had this same problem with my family finder too, I have not received any notifications at all this year telling me about atDNA matches and the match date has not been changed, but in the matches list it does show that I have had many new matches.

Same here. At least 5+ pages of 2014 matches, but the one screen shows last new match in October 2013.

Since the FTDNA update a few days ago, ALL of my 'Results Completed' dates and 'Last Matched' dates have been totally messed up.

The dates for my test results for ydna and mtdna have reverted back to a date in January that corresponds to when I transferred my GENO2 data across.

I have had upgraded ydna tests results since then in February/March and also received plenty of new matches for mtdna and ydna since then too, which do not correspond correctly with the earlier dates listed on myftdna. Family Finder though is still stuck on November 2013 despite me having dozens of new matches since then!

I have paid out a lot of money for my tests and so in return I expect FTDNA to value my custom by giving me "correct" and "up-to-date" information about my results and matches. I really do hope that ftdna can sort out this
very annoying 'bug' A.S.A.P.
