  • Unable to access chromosome browser since UI update

The new update seems to have broken the chromosome browser feature. I can click the checkboxes to add matches to the modal box at the bottom of the window. When I click the "Compare Relationship" button, the page refreshes instead of opening the chromosome browser.

    macOS 10.14.6, Safari 14.0.2

Update: it works properly in other browsers. Since it worked last week in Safari, the new method used to open a new window appears to be a step backwards.

I had this problem too (macOS 10.15.7, Safari 14.0.3) but solved it by clicking Safari > Preferences > Websites > "Allow popup blocker on the websites below > Currently Open Websites, then highlighting familytreedna.com and changing Block to Allow.
