Project admin not able to view BigY block trees

Today I find I am unable to view the block trees of my project BigY participants - message is saying I need Advanced admin access, but even where I have this access level I'm still getting the message (used to be able to view on either Limited or Advanced). Have tried opening on Chrome and Firefox, and its the same problem and the same message. Anyone else having this problem?

This occurs from time to time when the haplotree is being updated. It generally resolves in a day or so.
