  • Account stuck at "Please update or confirm the following ..."

    I manage a family member's acct as well as my own. I can log in but get then redirected to a form that reads: "Please update or confirm the following information with that of the DNA provider. This will be displayed as your Profile Information." Filling out the form and clicking does nothing. It does not seem to do anything. Log back in and get the same form. This was on a paid account, not one uploaded. Help. So just stuck.

    Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies, and/or trying a different browser?

        Best to submit a Customer Support request, then.
