family tree not showing completely

Hello, I have been using FTDNA for quite a long time.

Usually, when I go to my family tree, it takes up the entire page. However, today, it is taking up just about 2 inches (width) of the entire screen, and these 2 inches are in the middle of the screen.

Any ideas as to why? Should I be doing something different in my settings?
