Problem viewing tree details

I have had this problem in the past, then it went away, and now it is back.
When I pull up a posted pedigree chart, then click on a particular person to get their details, there is an overlay of the prior screen that blocks me from seeing the part of the individual details such as date and place of birth. I can just see the top and bottom of the details box, which makes it useless.
Can anyone help?

Yes,I get it every time with Firefox.

I have found pressing"control and +" together clears it temporarily.
