Surname Search On Family Tree

There used to be a search feature that allowed you to search all of Family Tree for a surname (not just your own account). Then you could email the person even though they didn't match your kit. What happened to that feature?

Thanks so much for that information. It doesn't look like it will be added back. I hadn't used that feature in over a year but it was valuable.
