The chromosome browser does not display to scale. I compared two people and on one chromosome they have segments with the same start point and the first is about 1/4 the length of the second. The graphic has the bars with the first longer than the second and about a 50% overlap (See the attached picture).

I would retry in another browser, for example in Firefox if using Chrome, or in Chrome if using Firefox. portableapps.com has versions that do not require installation.
